The nearest beaches (Isla Verde and Condado) are about a 10 minute drive away. While not directly on the water, the location offers easy access to some of the best beaches in San Juan.

We are located in Bahía Santurce, the art and cultural district of San Juan. It’s a lively, urban neighborhood known for murals, nightlife, and local energy. The building is gated, located next to a police station, and has nighttime security. Like any city, awareness is important, but the area is generally considered safe and active.

Yes—this is part of the experience. Santurce is vibrant, especially on weekends. You’ll hear music, people, and city life. Bedrooms are equipped with soundproof windows, but if you’re looking for a quiet, secluded environment, this may not be the best fit.

You’re steps from Cerra Street and close to La Placita de Santurce, with restaurants, rooftops, bars, and shops all around you. This is one of the most walkable and culturally rich areas in San Juan.
